This is the kind of place you drive by and wish on living in a house just like it! Located perfectly in between access to highways and parks without losing it’s charm and privacy. If you decide to stay in, like we did, there is a lot to do, but don’t listen to me, my sense of judgement got dulled by an old, dusty guitar seating by itself in a corner, just couldn’t put it down.

We needed a house with a good kitchen in order to cook a Thanksgiving meal, and this place was perfect! Every tool we needed was provided, the appliances are top notch and there was plenty of space to work. The kids loved the TV room and running around on the beautiful property. The bed linens were super warm and quality and the stove was very cozy when we built a fire. Loved the house and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a private, cozy log cabin in the woods. Carey was a great host too!

We stayed at Carey’s place for a long weekend family getaway. The house was spacious and perfect for the 7 of us, with a beautiful, large, and fully stocked kitchen perfect for cooking meals. The property is secluded and peaceful next to preserved woodlands that were fun to explore. The location is central to many activities. This cabin was homey, comfortable, and loaded with luxurious amenities. Everyone enjoyed their stay here in this beautiful home in the Catskills! Thanks for opening your beautiful home to us, Carey. We hope to be back soon!

Where to start. My girlfriend and I wanted a weekend escape for Labor Day. We happened upon the Banrach house and spent 3 days & 3 nights. We couldn't have gotten any luckier. Carey was an absolutely incredible hostess and made the arrival, stay & departure all incredibly easy. Additionally, she was a wealth of knowledge and gave us a ton of awesome tips for what we could do during our stay. The house itself was exactly what we had hoped for: super cozy, modern but with a rustic feel, squeaky clean & well stocked with everything we could think to want and more. Leaving our Catskills oasis was the hardest part of our trip. I couldn't recommend Carey and her amazing place enough, and we will 100% be back!!!
