The place was great, and the host was very responsive. They were flexible and very accommodating! I love the house, and would come here again!
Pool was great for the kids. Lots of outdoor furniture. Friendly neighbors. All in all we had a great time.
Very Clean Place!
I would like to start by saying that Evolve and AirBnB together refunded about 30% of our stay. Overall we had a pretty bad experience. We were constantly in contact with the host (evolve) on how we were booking that place for the pool, what to bring for the pool since we have kids and how the pool is the most imp thing. When we get there, the pool was unusable since it had moss and algae. It was so disturbing to be lied to like this. Furthermore, the images described on Airbnb made the place seem much bigger than it actually was. There was also a foul smell in the children play room and the outside areas (grill, chairs) had cobwebs and algae. Here are a list of issues we had with the place - Pool unusable due to moss and algae - foul smell in the play room - for 9 people, they gave us 1 half used TP roll and paper towel roll - the room sizes (except for 1) was very tiny - the half bathroom is a bit of a joke, really had 1 bathroom - outside areas unusable as they were clean
