We had an absolutely perfect New Year's celebration at this stunning mountain house! The property is breathtaking, both inside and out. The modern and new interior, fully stocked kitchen, and spacious dining room made our stay incredibly comfortable. The game room in the basement was a hit with our two toddlers and four adults. The mountain views were truly incredible, and the secluded yet conveniently close to the necessities location added to the charm. Gabe and Erma, the owners, were outstanding – extremely attentive, left a thoughtful welcome gift, and checked in to ensure our comfort. 10/10 doesn't do justice to this amazing experience! A++!

Erma and Gabriel’s mountain house was beautiful. It was especially great for kids; the game room in the basement has a section dedicated for young kids which our 2yo really enjoyed. For my purposes, the fast internet and phone signal were quite helpful. The house was very clean and the communication with the hosts was perfect.

Erminela and Gabriel were wonderful hosts and their mountain house is spectacular. The check-in process was very easy and we were greeted by a generous gift basket. I thought we were taking a chance being among the first guests in this newly-listed home, but we felt quite lucky in hindsight to enjoy a fully-renovated home. The highlight of the trip for the kids was without doubt the large game room in the basement. I most enjoyed taking in the view of the mountains from the living room and master bedroom where they have wide picture windows. We highly recommend the nearby towns of Catskill and Hudson. We had a perfect family vacation and we hope to return soon.
