2nd time staying here for Christmas. Perfect for 2 adult siblings and their families to come together for meals and hang out, but also have separate spaces to relax. Love the long gourmet kitchen for simultaneously working on different cooking projects. Plenty of toys for kids under 10 to keep occupied!

Our stay at Peter’s house was amazing! We were a group of 7 adults and a baby. We spent the week over thanksgiving and needed a large space for work as well as large areas for cooking / eating over thanksgiving. Photos are exactly as the house is. The living space was huge and kitchen perfect for a large group - especially if you plan to cook often. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of plates/ cutlery, pots and pans. The house seemed to have almost everything you need. Including cot and high chair etc. We had a few issues come up throughout the stay but Peter was communicable and easily reached. With each issue resolved quickly. Would highly recommend this property for large groups and likely to stay again if we could!

Awesome spot in the Catskills. Super well stocked house, with tons of kids toys, and different areas to hang. Perfect for a family / friend gathering, close to hiking, towns, and more. Great, highly communicative hosts. Highly recommended!

This home was a great find for families with kids! The property's backyard was particularly impressive, providing an enjoyable space for our children to play. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of essentials, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. The overall comfort of the accommodations exceeded our expectations, and we all had fantastic night's sleep. What truly stood out was the host's exceptional responsiveness; they were quick to address any questions or concerns we had. We highly recommend this Airbnb to fellow families looking for a comfortable and kid-friendly stay.

Peter’s place is great—lots of space and amenities. It was perfect for us, two families with young kids. The gathering spaces were very comfortable, the kitchen was spacious and well equipped, the play room had all sorts of toys, and there were endless activities for outside (pool, trampoline, etc). There were even stools in all the bathrooms, so our 4-year-old could reach the sink to wash her hands. One of the most comfortable Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in.
