The house was very dirty. It needs a deep clean. Windows and under furniture were dirty. Kitchen cabinets were messy and dirty and all pots/pans and mugs and cups had to be washed before use (which is a frustrating way to cook). Pots and pans were thrown messily and packed into cabinets so you had to struggle to get them out. Many pans were unusable because they were unclean-able or scratched. Everything, including kitchen cabinets were grimy. There were not enough plates, cups and mugs. There were many broken kitchen items. The bedding and furniture smelled. There were signs (old, torn pieces of paper)all over the house stating fees you were going to have to pay if you did something wrong or if you wanted the house cleaner. It was very tacky and made you uncomfortable and they were everywhere. The location and views are beautiful. There is a wonderful hiking trail around a beautiful clear lake with nice beaches and a private dock with boats. The house is nice, just needs a good clean.

We had a wonderfulweekend celebrating my 60th birthday. We.loved sitting out on the deck, playing game (ample room for our entire party), and just enjoying the beautiful surroundings. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Cabin on the lake! Peaceful surroundings and great views from all the windows of the cabin. Light and bright place to stay!
