We went for a swimming competition. The house was very comfortable and secure. Looked just like the pictures and it was very nice and clean. The pool area was very relaxing and enjoyable and even had bluetooth speakers accesible outdoors. You should know there is a camera overlooking the patio/pool area (it is disclosed in house rules for security reasons) this did not bother us but if you like more privacy you should know. The house manager, Hector was wonderful and helpful. There is a restaurant within walking distance that has delicious food, this was very convenient. Our only real problem was at checkin. No instructions were sent prior to arrival and even though we messaged the host through airbnb several times once we arrived San Juan, we had to wait outside in the dark almost an hour before we were able to get in. Easily remedied if host sends self check-in instructions the night before like most airbnb hosts do. I would still stay here again if I needed to travel to Salinas.

My trip was delayed because of the weather. I had my trip interrupted and needed to update my booking. Antonia was quick to respond and even quicker with a resolution. I will definitely rebook this location on future trips

It was a great stay for our week in PR. The patio and the pool area was perfect for days at the airbnb. Hector was very helpful and attentive to any questions/needs. The restaurant down the street had amazing food! The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful.

The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The house was very clean, comfortable. The house manager was so easy to contact and very quick to respond when looking for local recommendations. The area was mostly quiet. There is a power plant close so you hear it but was not too loud
