This was great for our short 2 night stay. The location is central with super markets and restaurants within walking distance. Also easy walk to the beach.

We enjoyed our 1 month stay. The whole place was roomy, clean, airy, and bright. All 4 bedrooms were spacious, as were the 3 bathrooms. Most creature comforts were there for a long stay. Kitchen was equipped for preparing breakfast and light meals. Medium-size washer worked very well. We felt safe and secure at the location. Restaurants (recommend local draft beer at the rooftop garden of Lion’s Pub), bakery, grocery store, the beach, and local cabs/buses are all within minutes of walking. The service was first class. The host and the resident caretaker were reachable at all hours. Their responses were instant. One of the best vacation places we’ve rented —Airbnb or otherwise. The host was simply the best!!

Die Wohnung ist groß und schön geschnitten. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen bzw. ungepflegt. Die Wohnung hat großes Potential, wenn man sie etwas erneuern würde. Leider sind die Polstermöbel (Coach und Stühle) sehr fleckig. Generell ist die Wohnung recht dreckig gewesen: Boden nicht gewischt, Haare, staubig, Dusche mit Spinnenweben, Küche dreckig. Es gab auch nirgends Seife in der Wohnung. Das Wlan funktioniert nur auf der unteren Etage und bis aus auf das Schlafzimmer ist es unten sehr heiß (Klimaanlage nur im Schlafzimmer). Das aller schlimmste war aber unsere Entdeckung am 2. Abend: eine riesige Kakerlake im Badezimmer. Deswegen haben wir die Wohnung vorzeitig verlassen - Benjamin ist uns hier freundlicherweise entgegen gekommen.

We were very excited to stay at the place. The place looks exactly like it is in the pictures! Unfortunately when we arrived we came to know that the place was on the second and third floor. Combined with a long staircase, which made it difficult for us as a family with elderly and a baby. Upon discussing this with the host, Benjamin, we came to know that it was partly our fault as well, for not reading the descriptions of the place. But I have to say that the host was very helpful in resolving this issue with us and working with us to get it resolved quickly. He made sure that we could cancel and receive a partial refund so that we could find another place. So unfortunately, I can’t review the place itself properly, but I will say that the host was very responsive and helpful!
