Our property offers: 3 bedrooms with queen beds and suite, 1 with two single beds; 3 bathrooms(suites) and 1 restroom; home theater in the master bedroom; huge living&dining area; rooftop with heated infinity pool; terrace and incredible 180 degrees sea views. We're glad to host you in our fully renovated Luxury House where you can enjoy the highest standards of comfort and design. Our property offers: 3 bedrooms with queen beds and suite, 1 with two single beds; 3 bathrooms(suites) and 1 restroom; home theater in the master bedroom; huge living&dining area; rooftop with infinity heated pool; terrace and incredible 180 degrees sea views. We are located in a very calm and peaceful area, right by the sea. Air-Con and WIFI included. Parking Space| Street parking is available subject to availability. Living Spaces| A Beautiful roof top area with outdoor furniture, BBQ and an amazing, one of a kind pool overlooking the sea. Also a very large living area with SOFA, dining area and smart TV. Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge and utensils, everything a family or a group of friends would want to fix a wonderful meal. Bedrooms| 4 bedrooms with super comfortable mattress. Linens| We all love a good night sleep, all bedrooms will be equipped with high end linens and quilts. We also provide 2 towels each for showering and towels for the pool area. Bathrooms| 3 full bathrooms and a guest bathroom. Small notes: - For over and above 21 nights, an extra fee of 50 Euro per person per night for a maximum of 200 Euro per month. - Pool guy will come every Wednesday between 14.00 and 16.00 in order to keep pool at great conditions through out your stays. - After pool cleaning it is a must not to use the pool for 2-3 hours. this is for safety reasons due to chlorine, always ask the pool guy for more info. - Villa is on three levels - please leave roof umbrella closed when not in use to avoid being broken by the wind

Beautiful place to stay.
Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer und die Küste St. Paul’s. Sieht aus wie auf den Bildern oder sogar noch schöner wir waren echt fasziniert im ersten Moment. Leider haben unsere Karten Apps die genaue Adresse nicht genau finden können, aber nach ein bisschen suche haben wir sie gefunden. Uns hat beim Check-In der Liebe Ramsi empfangen, ein super sympathischer und zuvorkommender Typ! Sehr proaktiv uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Leider haben wir aber nicht nach seiner Nummer gefragt. Wir bekamen die Nummer von Camilo der schlechter erreichbar war und nicht wirklich hilfsbereit wirkte bei Problemen. Andrea war jederzeit erreichbar aber die Absprache unter den 3 war bei Problemen nicht ganz so toll. Schon am ersten Tag fragte ich nach der Heizung des Pools, worum sich Camilo kümmern wollte, der sich danach überhaupt nicht mehr gemeldet hat.. Somit konnten wir nicht einmal in den Pool, da er extrem kalt war. Service: Verbesserungsfähig. 4⭐️

The Good: The home is generally as it appears in the photos The location is generally accessible, although the street is steep and several Bolts/Ubers refused to come down to the bottom to pick us up at our front door. The Bad: The floors had a film of dirt throughout. The pool is not as it appears. It isn't an infinity-edge pool - the water level was down 18". The kitchen was poorly stocked. There was also an ant infestation in the kitchen. When I asked for traps, we were told it was normal for Malta There was broken gym equipment stored in one of the bedrooms The shower drains are terrible and would constantly get blocked. Communication: While it says it's hosted by Andrea, it's really hosted by Sweetstay, a hospitality company. It wasn't always clear who I was communicating with. Considering the premium charged for this property, the fact that it bills itself as "the best accommodation experience in Malta" with the "highest standards", I expected more.
The apartment was directly located at the sea and everything was very clean. Andrea was also very communicative, looking forward to coming back!

Our home is surrounded by beautiful and amazing things to do, just down the road you will find the quaint Baracuda beach, which is visited mainly by locals for the amazing, beautiful and clean sea there is.
Also within walking distance you will find the centre where you will find anything you will require to make your stay that much more perfect.
The bus stop called 'Veccja' is just round the corner at about 100m.
Being central the bus routes are very good !
