This amazing penthouse is located right on the seafront and promenade of St. Paul's bay. It has a very large outside terrace with bbq and breath taking views of St Paul's Bay. It is located close to all amenities like shops, bus stops, restaurants... This lovely penthouse apartment has a very large outside terrace with BBQ and enchanting sea views. It is located right in front of the sea and promenade in St Paul's Bay. Apartment is also fully air-conditioned. There is also free WiFi internet in the apartment. There are 5 low steps at the entrance of the building leading towards the elevator. The apartment is on the 6th floor and is served with lift. Apartment has 3 terraces. The largest terrace is 5m x 3m and overlooks the bay and is ideal to sunbathe, have breakfast, lunch, romantic dinner or simply relax over a glass of wine while enjoying the nice sea view. Please refer to the attached images to see the magnificent view there is from this terrace which is furnished with garden furniture and a gas BBQ set. The second largest terrace is 3mx1m and faces South east. Thus this terrace is ideal for a couple to have breakfast and enjoy some morning sun. The smallest terrace is used for the washing machine and is covered to allow the clothes to dry away from our hot sun and rarely rain. This new penthouse has one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a kitchen dining living. The bedroom has blackout blinds which one can put down on the glass doors for privacy if somebody is sleeping in the living room. In the living room there is 1 sofa bed which can accommodate another couple as sofa can easily be turned into a double bed with a normal mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped and in the combined sitting dining there is a satellite TV with more than 1250 stations. Apartment also has a fully automatic washing machine.

We really enjoyed our time in Malta. Everything was great!
Terrace x 2 were lovely to relax and is fairly private . the view is amazing There is a lovely bar opposite with live music thurs -sun. the nearest convenience store is a 15 min walk around the bay. the host provides large wheelie trolleys so you don't have to carry your shopping. the bus stop is directly outside and is 2.50e to go anywhere takes about 1hr to get to Valletta. Buggiba is the nearest town with restaurants etc a couple of miles walk. Bolt taxi is the best app to get around the whole island very reasonable. approx 22e to the airport or Valletta. 6e to Bugibba. 13e to Mdina. extravagant but you know what you're paying up front and never wait more than 3-4mins for a ride wherever you are. It's worth considering hiring a car as we spent most our time travelling around by taxi. Unlucky with the weather but it's a beautiful location. The host couldn't have done more lots of sights info and helping to recover our delayed luggage. Majority of plugs are UK 3 pin sockets
The host was extremely helpful and responsive. Although the apartment wasn’t to our taste it was very clean and has everything you need for your stay. It was a bonus to have a washing machine. St Paul’s bay was lovely but we enjoyed Valletta as it has many more attractions to visit.
Das schöne Apartment mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Bucht von St. Paul hatte alles, was es für einen perfekten Urlaub brauchte. In direkter Nähe gab es viele schöne Strände und Restaurants. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war top. Alle nötigen Informationen, inklusive Ausflugstips wurden uns detailliert und on point mitgeteilt. Wir hatten eine traumhafte, romantische Auszeit. The apartment is really well located with a bus stop right outside and good restaurants a short walk away. Well equipped kitchen and bbq was great! The Spar shop in St Paul sells excellent bbq meat. Bed comfortable and good shower. Lovely views and quiet but some construction work around with early start made some noise. Comfortable sofa and good tv with many channels.

St Paul`s Bay is one of the most beautiful villages in Malta. The Penthouse is located in a quiet area facing the fishing harbour. In fact one can enjoy seeing the fishermen coming in and going out of the harbour from the terrace or in the sitting room. Just 150 m away there is also a small swimming zone which is very popular with the locals for a quick swim.
St Paul’s Bay has a busy town centre full of shops, banks, pharmacies etc. This is 800 m from the apartment. Bugibba and Qawra are new touristic areas in St Paul’s bay. There one might find more bars, restaurants (also McDonalds and Pizza hut), diving and water sport centres, ferries to remote beaches and islands like Comino and Gozo. These areas are just 20 min walk form the penthouse.
The Penthouse is also close to the best Sandy beaches like Mellieha Bay, Paradise Bay, Golden Sands, Gnejna Bay etc and Malta’s most intact countryside. In winter long walks and picnics in the countryside and along the sea are a must. In summer one can enjoy the sun at the beach in many ways from the most relaxing to the most adventurous ways. In the evening a walk on the promenade or a local village feast is a must. The bus stop is located in front of the door and the buses passes from the same street.
