One of the most beautiful Airbnb ever! These hosts know how to do it. Every detail is first class from furnishings/bedding/linens/towels etc. Decorating is A+. The outdoor spaces are top notch. If visiting Portugal, this beauty is less than 10 minutes from Tomar. Wake up to the sound of birds, buzzing of bees, and a meow or two. Definitely will return next year.

I stayed at Luis’ accommodation for 4 nights. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. First of all, Luis is a wonderful host- very personable, communicative, generous with his time and his house. Upon my entrance, he gave me a complete tour of the unit and surroundings and told me to reach out if I needed anything else. The house is located in a quiet village, very serene and peaceful, overlooking a green hill. Every detail has been considered and every decision made has been with the goal of returning the house to its original form, while adding modern comforts. The unit is very clean. The decoration is antique-chic, bed is very comfortable with high quality bedding. The backyard has a beautiful lemon tree, and when I was there the orange tree next to the pool was blossoming which filled the air with the scent of orange blossoms. If you are looking for a relaxing time, beautiful serene nature, a caring host that has great stories to tell, I would whole-heartedly recommend Luis’ place!

This is a wonderful country escape. We stayed in the Cowboy Room, which was spacious, beautifully restored and very cosy despite its thick stone walls! Can imagine it would be nice and cool during hot summer weather, too. The room is somewhat dark, but there is plenty of communal space to relax, directly outside the room and next to the pool. The garden is stunning - full of lemon and orange trees, and birds of paradise. Luis was super friendly and helpful, with great recommendations for Tomar. We had an amazing stay and would come back. Just note that Pedreira is a 9min drive from Tomar itself, so you definitely need a car to get around! There is plenty of space for parking right outside of the Airbnb.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. We used it as a base to tour around the central area of Portugal and it was an ideal and idyllic location for us.
