Very clean, safe & comfortable. Bed is a little weird because it’s in these cubical sections, but the bedding is dreamy. Problem…I feel it’s overpriced based on the lack of food around. There is only 1 restaurant to eat at and they ran out of nearly all the menu items by the 3rd day I was there. All other hotels do not allow non-guests to eat there. Also the 1 restaurant adds a 35% tax on it’s items that apparently does not go to the community “tax?” This location did offer to make us food. I could get Nasi Gorang for 80,000!!!? farms just up in Waikabubak should be a cheap item or two. I was so angry I didn’t eat for the last 2 days. The local place next door the lady was never there when I went by. All the nice places here are owned by foreigners this owner’s name is NOT Ketut! These owners just take from the area and walk with all the cash. Stay there 1, 2, 3 nights fine but don’t expect cheap prices or any variety of food or local flavors like you would expect being remote.

Absolutely amazing place! The house is pretty and clean, and when you stand on the porch you can even see the sun rising from the beach. Very pretty beaches closeby (scooter distantance) and one in the backyard :) Secluded house and 1 beach restaurant next to it, that is Very conveniënt Steven is a super friendly host, who speaks english.
