Condo #3 is wonderful! Very clean, well appointed furnishings, truly comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Only steps away from a beautiful dock on Boone Lake. The water had begun to raise from the annual winter lowering and even though it had not reached the crest still was very beautiful. Bedrooms are upstairs and there are 5 steps outside to enter the condo, could be a challenge for those who don't like stairs. Coming from a person with 'creaky knees', take your time, pace yourself and they are doable. 1/2 bath downstairs helps from having to go upstairs when 'nature calls'. :) Comfy furniture in living room with more than ample seating choices. Never heard a 'peep' from the neighbors even though they appeared to be at home during our stay. Very convenient to Johnson City, Gray, Jonesborough and Kingsport. Not far from I-26 or Hwy 36. Enjoyed our brief stay and will consider or recommend for future visits to the area. Host is very responsive with rental info.

Eric's place is away from the busy city aspects but close enough to enjoy all Johnson City has to offer. Several restaurants are close by. The townhome was immaculate and well appointed and just as depicted in the pictures. Although the lake level was down for winter, the community piers will be a nice touch for summer visits. Would absolutely stay here again!

We have stayed at Eric's place multiple times and love it each and every trip. It is comfortable, affordable, safe, and convenient to extended family in the area. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in the tri-cities. Highly recommend!
