Beautiful location and Sarah’s instructions were fantastic. It was very peaceful and quiet, the bathroom and shower day were immaculate and easy to get to. The site was really well appointed and the pictures and desk were spot on in the description, we were really impressed and very happy with our stay

We needed a quick last minute getaway for NYE and wanted a place that had a private hot tub. This fit the bill and we enjoyed our evening. Note that the Juniper property is surrounded by residences. On this particular NYE one of those neighbors had a party with music, karaoke and fireworks ... the noise went past midnight. It was NYE and we could tell this was off property so we managed our expectations and didn't think at all about complaining. Apparently several of our neighbors did complain though and some even thought our site was the source. I didn't realize there were complaints until I looked at my phone the next morning. I chatted with Sarah to clear up that the noise was definitely coming from the neighboring house. I see from other reviews that this house may have parties from time to time. I don't fault the host. Sarah's communication was responsive and professional.

Overall we had a great stay, it does feel private because there is separation but I do wish the tents were spread out a little bit more.
