The place has potential, but as previously mentioned, the coffee maker was non functional and the microwave did not work. The coffee maker heated up and spewed water behind the cup! It's possible the microwave outlet was not live as there was no light or panel function. As for the beds, neither we nor our friends who shared the place got much sleep. Better mattresses would be a very good investment. Other than that the place was clean enough, easy to find and quiet enough.

Regina is awesome, extremely accommodating and responsive to all inquires. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, as we were in Merritt for the Volleyfest tournament and being in town where we could nap between games was a blessing!

Interior more desirable than the exterior. Did the trick for the intended purposes…not on “vacation” just in town for a sports tournament. Upstairs suite is rather noisy with thumpy feet.

Beautiful open basement suite with nice kitchen and living room, would highly recommend over any hotel room
