Not worth money. The sliding door to the balcony wouldn't close all the way (we did figure out the issue on the last day). The handle for sliding door is also broken. The dishwasher soap dispenser doesn't open, so therefore dishes were not cleaned and had to be hand washed. The toaster has 4 slots, 2 of them don't stay down, and 2 of them only heat one side of the bread so we had to rotate halfway through toasting. The iron was literally broken in half and found in a closet stuffed full of old tv's, boxes, and cleaning supplies - doors barely opened there was so much clutter inside the closet. We had to buy an iron. 2 of 3 televisions worked with 1 remote, 3 of 4 remotes did not work at all and we couldn't change the batteries because the battery doors were screwed closed. 1 of 2 bolts on the main bath toilet seat was rusted off so using the toilet was dangerous. And finally, the washer was broken, but the owner did reply to our complaint and maintance was able to repair it.

We loved our stay at Michaels residence and the walk ability of the location. Front pool was fun and energetic and rear pool was peaceful. Condo was beautiful and we loved the views from Atlantic to the Intra Coastal.

The place was super easy to access to the beach 1 minute walk , plus he gave us two hours of free byle acess , the unit looks brand new !!!!!

Amazing location with a great view. Steps to the beach and a quick Uber to downtown.

Location was beautiful! However, the condo could use a deep cleaning. Couches had stains and the bathroom sink looked dirt. They did not supply enough towels among other things. Was not worth the price I paid.
