Neighborhood, very safe and nice. Directions easy to follow. House clean and in order. All necessary supplies provided. Comfortable beds. We only spent two nights and were out of the house most of the day attending a soccer tournament. We had a little trouble with the TV but did not need it so we did not use it. For longer stays I would suggest adding closet or drawer space in the bedrooms and small night stands. All in all, it was a good experience, we would use this home again.

We really enjoyed our stay and we’re overall very satisfied with the place. Amber was very communicative and clear/concise with information and instructions. Her responses were timely, so we never had to wait on her. The beds were rather comfortable and the entire place was clean. It was nice to be “in the country” yet close to stores. I’m not sure if it was an oversight on our part, but not having a stove/oven was kind of a bummer…there was a small camping type cooktop available to use, but we chose to book an AirBnB over a hotel so that we had the basic house type amenities. Also, no washer/dryer availability either (possibly another oversight on our part…) Another small inconvenience to point out is that we had to manually open and close the driveway gate getting in and out of the property. It wasn’t that big of a deal to us, but something to keep in mind for future renters as it can be rather annoying - especially if it’s raining. All in all, it was a great place to stay.

Amber was a wonderful host. She was quick to respond and a great communicator. She knew it would likely rain and our arrival would be pretty late and offered to make check-in stress free. The space was extremely clean and the bedding smelled fresh. There was also plenty of towels! The only issue we had that wasn’t necessarily Amber’s fault, was the horrible smell that came and gone from the septic tank. I’m sure the smelled was worse because of the rain. Which also caused the WiFi to go in and out. Aside from that, we would definitely stay again!

Good place to stay very quiet and peaceful easy access to the house. She does have dogs that bark though.
