Studio was spacious and very clean. It's connected to backside of the owner's home with separate entrance. Bed was very comfortable. Easy to find in nice neighborhood. We attended a concert in Murrieta. Our stay was an overnight stay just to shower and sleep. Marufur was very prompt in his communications. There didn't appear to be any restaurants in the nearby area, as the studio location appeared to be in large neighborhoods of housing. We found one waste basket in the toilet area. Would suggest to add another waste basket in the kitchenette area under the sink.

Marufur’s place was really good! The bed was more comfortable than I expected too. Only thing was I had to ask for a couple kitchen cookware items (spatulas etc) but other than that the stay was great.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the privacy and the size of the suite. Would definitely stay again when we have plans in the area.

Peaceful and quiet. Comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. Very spacious. Kitchen description said you could cook there. Really only microwave. Very private space.
