The location is fantastic, the apartment itself is good. it needs more attention to details of cleaning and hygiene. I recommend making sure the apartment is functional from the kitchen , ( I didn't use anything in the kitchen because the kettle smells the utensil is dirty and no pans to cook ) and to the bathroom I have bleach .The house needs some air freshener and a little bit of dipper clean and bedsheets . Gary is a good responsive host. The cleaner is good enough but not able to maintain or strand on their duties. Minor problems but they fix it.

One elevator in that building . It can be a huge inconvenience at times. Can be difficult to get taxi at time unless you call ahead . Walk to street can seem far if it's raining or you're not in mood to walk. The place was comfortable. Gary was a nice enough guy but definitely not overly helpful or concerned. No broom or mop provided so couldn't keep floor clean . Could stand a cheap microwave for guest convenience. For me the experience was not terrible but also not impressed

Cozy, spacious, and aesthetic unit. We had a comfortable stay and I particularly love the view in the balcony.

location is great, it’s close to abreeza mall and not too far from the airport either. the unit itself was spacious and homey. my family and i enjoyed our stay. thank you for hosting us!
