Our first trip to The Villages and we were fortunate to be able to stay at Chelsea's villa for the month of February. It's in a prime location, walkable to pool, pickleball courts, and close to walking path, golf, and Lake Sumter Landing Square. Loved the open floor plan and the kitchen was well stocked with enough silverware, dishes, glasses, etc. The front door keypad and its self-locking feature made it easy to come and go. All the appliances were top notch. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in the villa for the entire month of January. Perfect location, comfortable beds, kitchen had everything we needed. It is a very comfortable home and made for a very enjoyable and memorable trip to The Villages.

Chelsea’s place was beautiful and spacious. There were 6 of us there with plenty of space inside and out. The kitchen is very well stocked with all the tools you could need and many coffee options for the Keurig. We found sitting outside in the quiet and well decorated areas a nice way to unwind. Chelsea was kind and helped us get passes so we could enjoy many of The Village’s amenities. We also were looking for a way to get around and she provided a reference for a great place to rent a golf cart. Check in instructions were clear and easy. Check out was just as easy and Chelsea only asked that we do a few simple things like take out the trash and start the dishwasher which is very easy and reasonable. We truly appreciated that Chelsea’s place had a pack n play and high chair available, it made it that much easier to be comfortable and enjoy our time at Chelsea’s place. Best Air BnB we have found yet and I hope it available for our next stay. Thanks Chelsea!

We enjoyed our stay at Chelsea's villa. It was centrally located for what we wanted to do while in the Villages and it was a delightful visit. The villa was exactly as advertised and it was very clean and comfortable. The villa was well stocked and had everything we needed. Everything was easy to find. The entry lock made check-in and leaving very easy. No worries about keeping up with a key. Chelsea was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely return when we visit the Villages in the future.

I can’t say enough positive things about Chelsea and her home. She was super easy to communicate with, accommodating in all requests, and always friendly. Her listing doesn’t mention that the master bathroom has a number of ADA features, which are great for those who need them. (Handrails, a place to sit inside the shower, and you don’t have to step up over a tub to get into the shower.) The kitchen is well-appointed with plenty of dishware, silverware, casserole dishes, platters, cooking knives, etc. It was a great house for us to use as “home base” during our visit, and we even had my folks (locals) over and cooked them dinner. This was way better than any hotel could have been. The living room furniture is lovely and comfortable. I stayed in this home with my sister, niece, and nephew, and we spent every morning hanging out together on the couch, just catching up and drinking coffee. Having the run of an entire house was perfect - you get common areas you don’t get in a hotel.
