特别差劲的旅行，第一：首先房间确实不错很大但是没有暖气很冷，暖气就给一会，联系房东房东说会给我一个电热扇 结果说是第二天给我们都要退房了，根本就没见到，我一个朋友被冻感冒了。而且有一个洗澡的喷头是坏的 还得联系房东 让人来修 我是来旅行的，不是来帮你们看家的 第二：最恶心的一点 房东要收取350欧的押金 这个是我预定前就知道的 说好退房8到14天退 ，根本就是14天，我一直不知道什么原因，啥破房子破公司需要14天才能退一笔押金 ，是没人上班么。直到我收到了爱彼迎发来的邮件 原来是最后评价日期 到退房刚好是14天。是担心给差评 才不退押金么？我觉得真的很可笑 ，如果不是退押金这个事情我都懒得评价，14天后我如果收不到押金就会去发小红书，真的很下头的房东，住这么多年爱彼迎第一次遇到。

Tres bon emplacement. Appartement bien constitué et fidele aux photos. Il manquait un peu de lumiere parfois dans le sejour mais c est un details. Je le recommande.

This was the most terrible AirBnB experience I’ve ever had! They cancelled on us on the same day we were supposed to check in. They tried to switch us to a different apartment in an entirely different location. They essentially left us homeless in Paris. In addition, on the day before we were scheduled to check in they demanded we pay a deposit on a different app. Airbnb wouldn’t help us to handle this situation. So deeply disappointing overall with the host and the Airbnb support overall!

The apartment itself was fine, it was clean and nicely decorated and is like the photos. Terrible sofa, that slopes so it’s hard to avoid sliding off it. I would say the kitchen was not very well equipped, bare minimum but given we ate out it wasn’t an issue. However, what was a massive issue was the party that took place in the block from 2.30-5.30am, with loud music, people outside the apartment smoking, singing and dancing. We got no sleep as a result and it ruined our stay. Admittedly the owners are not responsible for the actions of their neighbours and this may have been a one off event, but I could never recommend this apartment as a result. It is a small building and the noise echos even in the absence of a party. All round an extremely disappointing experience.
