I mistakenly thought that the pool had a hot tub. Josh clarified that it is not a hot tub.

The location of this house is perfect and the host is great and very responsive, but the property is not exactly like the listing. The pool was not listed as “not heated” when we booked it, and it was unusable the entire time due to the temperature. The “spa” area attached to the pool is also NOT heated and is the same temperature as the pool. If we knew beforehand about the pool not being heated, we would not have booked it. The yard furniture was covered in many bugs/cobwebs and the yard was extremely patchy, nothing like the pictures. The house had some inconvenient features, like the barn door separating the master from the kitchen. It is very hard to open, VERY loud and has a huge gap under it. There definitely could’ve been more cleaning done, and we did find clothes from a previous renter shoved in the bottom of the master bed. If it was warmer outside so the pool was usable and the house was a little cleaner, this would’ve been a perfect place to stay. Better for hotter months.
