I had only one night and needed to stay close to the airport. This was a unique way to spend my last night on vacation! If you’re looking for something different and a bit adventurous this is a great idea 😀 Andrea was very friendly and very helpful in organizing taxis for us.

Was a super fun experience staying on a boat and super peaceful. Needed a one night stay close to the airport and Andrea came to the rescue. There’s a super nice restaurant at the yacht club where the boat is situated. Also if you need to bus to the airport there’s a a bus spot opposite the road of Bar Carlo in the village. You can buy a ticket next door at the tobacconist. It’s about a 1km walk from the yacht club.

Andrea was able to accommodate me last minute for an unexpected layover in Rome. This was a really cool way to experience Rome away from the crowds downtown. The location is very remote, so be prepared to walk a lot to get to restaurants, etc. The stay is on an older, but well-maintained boat. It has hot water, toilet, all your basic amenities. It’s not necessarily “luxurious”, so don’t expect the Ritz. More cabin-style. But a very cool experience in a quiet peaceful area outside of Rome airport.
