We stayed in Marta's lovely home for one month and we would recommend it highly. From a comfort point of view, Marta's home is beautifully decorated, spacious and a pleasant place to live. If you enjoy cooking (like we do) her well-equipped kitchen is a big bonus! Everything was spotless and the bed was comfy. The building and street are quiet and safe. The only issue someone may have is the street is on a slope and if you have mobility issues it may not be easy to use. Closest metro station is about a 15 minute walk. The apt is also about a 15/20 minute walk to Exarchia which we liked. As a host, we did not live in while Marta was there, but nonetheless she was very friendly and helpful, always available to answer our queries and make sure if we needed anything.

Staying in Marta's Appartment was great! We enjoyed the calm neighborhood and the close walking distance to Exarchia (~15 min). We had a nice walk to the Akropolis too. The Metro station was not directly around the corner, but we could reach it also within 15 minutes. Bus stops were a bit closer. Marta has been a lovely host. We enjoyed the nice communication we had prior to our arrival and her flexibility in arranging our visit. We also loved her cute hand-written guidebook with recommendations for the area. The appartment was as beautiful as in the pictures. Thanks Marta, we had a wonderful Athens experience.
