I had a wonderful stay. The building is secure and amenities are great. The room feels so homey. This also had everything I needed from fresheners, cleaning materials, kitchen utensils for my comfort. The room is equipped with a fast wifi and a tv with youtube and netflix that kept me entertained. Vanessa is sooooo responsive from the moment I booked throughout to check out. Thank you sooo much! Wish it would be possible to book less 20days for my quick Cebu visits in the future.

We had a nice time in Vanessa's place. The place was clean and looked exactly like in the listing photos. Wifi was very fast, I did not have trouble working. Condo staff are very friendly and helpful. The washer is very convenient to have around. Cleaning materials are present so it was possible for us to keep the place clean. Finally, Vanessa was a great host- very helpful, kind and let us check in early. I highly recommend this place if you want a peaceful place to stay in Cebu. The only negative thing I can comment about the place is the noise coming from the neighboring units. They would do construction in the middle of the week and it's very loud. Other than that our stay was great. Thanks Vanessa!

Perfect spot to see the city, the room is so clean and exactly what you see in the picture. Vanessa did really a great job assisting what I need, she also bought a new hairdryer for me and she sent it right away since the other one was broken. I would recommend this place. Overall experience was super good, sad to finally go but would come back again when I have the chance.

I have to say I really liked this apartment. It looks exactly as the photos and I settled in very quickly. It’s only an 8 minute walk to the shopping mall at Park Mall and everything you need is there . Taxi and bike taxi were always able to pick me up within five minutes so no issues getting around . Access to the pool and gym was easy enough and they are open until 9pm so it’s nice swimming in the evening time. All in all a great home from home and Vanessa answered any questions I had quickly . The only negative was the ongoing building works in the three tower blocks behind this unit. They are now working 24/7 to complete the main construction and they tend to pour the concrete at night which was a challenge for sleep to be honest. But that said they are just about to top out all three towers so that should not be an issue in the future and you do just block it out after a while. I would definitely stay here again. We had a pleasant stay. It feels safe to stay because of the securities around. We also enjoyed the amenities and the place is away from the busy city so it was quite nice, however there is an on-going construction beside the building and they work all day and all night that cause only little noises. But all in all we had a great stay.
