This location is perfect to walk everywhere in Iowa City. Only a two block walk to one of the finest restaurants in Iowa City/Coralville, the Webster. Brix Wine Bar, Goosetown, Oasis, Hamburg Inn, Bluebird Diner, and much more minutes away. Walk a few blocks more and you are in the heart of Downtown Iowa City with hundreds of restaurants, boutique shops, bars, and entertainment. It is lovely 20ish minute walk to Kinnick stadium over the river.
There are three off street dedicated parking spots available. One in left side of shared historic garage with house next door and one parked directly behind it on left side of driveway. A third parking spot is available in the alley around the corner which host will direct you to. Because it is a shared drive, parking in drive is not allowed beyond that. There is limited free street parking available as well based on availability.
