Me and my family had a wonderful time staying here. The location was perfect for travel as it's a several minute walk to the metro station or just a several minute drive to downtown Seattle or the interstate. It was also a nice retreat after exploring the city all day as there is plenty of space for everyone and fairly quiet. Also the rooftop view was gorgeous and my favorite place to hangout while I was there.

What a wonderful spot! We stayed as a family of four and grandparents, too, and we were all very comfortable. Joanne is an excellent host: so communicative and on top of every detail. We walked to and from the piers most days and enjoyed the gorgeous view. Highly recommend and hope to come back again!

My family had a great stay here! I can't say enough about the location - lovely neighborhood, great shops and eateries within a few blocks, central location and easy to get to other parts of Seattle. The townhouse itself was really comfortable and nicely appointed. Amazing views from the rooftop deck and nice views from some of the bedrooms. One thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of stairs in the unit since the ceilings are high. Parking is also challenging, but that's to be expected in this type of neighborhood and the permit we were provided was very helpful. Overall, it's a great place and surprisingly quiet and peaceful given the central location. Joanne provided plenty of information and everything we needed was easy to find. Highly recommend!

Great location and host was super responsive. We encountered a few issues with cleanliness of the place and while nothing was done while we were there, I appreciated that the host responded quickly & apologized for the conditions left by prior renters / the cleaners.
