Step inside, and you will find a bright space with a sleek design and unbeatable Space Needle, Puget Sound & Olympic Mountains view from every window of the Suite. Watch the fireworks on July 4th and New Year's Eve right from the living room or on the rooftop. Cook your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen and dine at the table for up to six people or head up to the shared rooftop deck for a breathtaking al fresco dining experience. While on the rooftop you will have incredible 270 degree views of downtown Seattle, Puget Sound, Olympic Mountains and Lake Union. Enjoy the gas firepit or cooking your favorite food on the gas BBQ. The coffee station is equipped with a gooseneck hot water kettle, Breville smart grinder, pour over coffee maker and French press. Delicious local coffee and assorted teas are provided to kickoff your Seattle Penthouse experience the moment you arrive. Portable air conditioning units in the living room/kitchen and each bedroom. Ultra fast Wi-Fi is provided throughout the suite to stream your favorite shows or work remotely on multiple devises. The living room includes comfortable seating with a 65" 4K UHD TV including free Amazon Prime video and Disney+ (NO CABLE ACCESS- STREAMING ONLY). Guests can log in to their Netflix, HBO, etc. Plenty of USB device charging spots located throughout the space including the kitchen and bedrooms. Enjoy two full bathrooms with bathtubs. We provide premium shampoo and body wash. Full size front load washer and dryer are located inside the Suite for your convenience. Both bedrooms have queen size luxury green tea infused MEDIUM-FIRM memory foam mattresses, gel foam and down alternative pillows and soft high thread count bed linens. Large luxurious towels are provided A super comfortable queen size luxury air bed with auto adjusting firmness is available as needed for extra guests. Sweet 713 is a completely smoking free space. This includes inside and outside the space (common areas). Juliet Balconies- Doors located in the living room and each bedroom open with railings for safety. There are no walkout balconies.

For our trip, we were prioritizing views, neighborhood and parking, and this location checks those boxes perfectly! The downtown Seattle, Space Needle and mountain views never failed to impress us during our stay, and having underground parking available really saved us because we were always driving to sights and to see family. Also, being right in the middle of Capitol Hill gave us access to great walks, dog watching, coffee shops and restaurants, as well as a diverse, fun area to spend time in. While all of the reviews and warnings about the parking spot are true (it's tight), we had no trouble parking a compact rental car, carefully. Please note that this rental is in a busy area, so if you are noise-sensitive, it may not be for you. The one cross street is quite loud and busy and is a bus route, and on weekend nights, there is a lot of activity in Capitol Hill that you will hear. Overall, a great spot with owners who provide a good experience.
Dream spot! The view felt like living on the Fraser set. The location is in the heart of it all in Capitol Hill, an easy walk to everything fun. The home is spotless with everything you could possibly need, including if you’re traveling with a toddler, as we were. Jeff and Shimon were wonderful, kind, and responsive hosts. If you’re looking to be in Capitol Hill, this is the place to be!

We loved it, the four of us! Close to the lively Pike-Pine area, but still walkable to Downtown. In fact, we (a group of retirees) completed a return walk as far as the Bainbridge Island ferry one day. As for Belltown, Pike Place and South Lake Union, we wouldn’t hesitate. With the suite there were no surprises. What you see is what you get. Beautiful outlook toward downtown (and at night, wow, simply spectacular). Comfortable living room for the four of us. Nice, big tv though we didn’t use it much. The provided coffee beans were welcome (one of our party, however, looked in vain for tea bags). If you’re driving, do heed the host’s alert that parking for large vehicles is tight. We parked a Prius and it was tight even for us. Note that the garage (like many condos) provides no 120V outlets to plug in for recharge. No fault of the hosts – who were terrific before and during our stay. All things considered, this place was great and we highly recommend it

Capitol Hill is a great place to stay when visiting Seattle, as neighborhood attractions include yummy bites at many great restaurants, boutique shopping, and plenty of fun nightlife destinations.

Light rail is 3 blocks up the hill on Broadway. From there guests can go north to Northgate Mall and south all the way to SeaTac airport.
