This is the only authorized parking space for your use. Follow the exit sign and purple arrows to the vestibule for the elevator bay. Use FOB to enter vestibule, press UP for elevator and go to floor 10. If you are entering or exiting the parking garage you must stop and wait for the garage door to close completely before moving ahead. This is a city style, underground parking structure best suited for small cars/smaller SUVs. There is a posted sign for extremely low clearance at the entrance. Please note: Take your access card with you whenever you leave the condo as you will need it to access various parts of the building. Great location, view, amenities and communication! Some items needed repair such as shower head, bathroom fan, and dishwasher.
Wonderful unit, location and view! Check in was easy and greeter was great! Comfortable beds and so nice to have a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit with washer/dryer for the week. Greeter and Vacasa Custer service were responsive when needed or we had questions.
We loved our stay here! We were in awe of the views from this Airbnb. The place was clean, communication was great, and location is perfect. Would recommend staying here if you want to be walking distance to Market Place, First Starbucks, Gum Wall. We would stay here again if given the opportunity.
If you want $1M dollar views, this is a place for you to consider. The building has a Target on the first floor, which was super convenient. The building has gated secure parking and card-assess for entry. There is always someone at the front desk and they were always friendly. The apartment was well-stocked for cooking breakfast and light dinners. The beds were comfortable, furnishings in good condition, and towels were nice and fluffy. Having the in-unit washer and dryer allowed us to pack light. You can walk to Pike Place Market (it is across the street), the shopping district, Pioneer Square, and the ferries. A day trip to Mt. Rainier National Park is a doable day trip. The Alki area is also a nice afternoon, waterfront trail and shops/restaurants in the central area..
