Great place to stay. Walkable to many attractions and restaurants. This area is close to many things like Pike Place Market, Seattle Center and the waterfront. My second time staying at this complex and it will always be my first choice. Allen was responsive and very helpful. I would highly recommend.

This place was absolutely perfect! The walkability is by far the most valuable thing I believe. Only about 1 mile from the light rail. We were able to walk all over downtown without renting a car. The apartment building was very safe. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee provided by Allen. All the cooking materials you could need in a kitchen. The beds were so comfortable. I slept well after a long day of exploring. The waterfront view from the building was beautiful. I really feel like I lucked out on this place.

Amazing location within minutes of the Space Needle, Aquarium, and Pikes Place Market, and a ton of excellent restaurants. Suprisingly decent area, and exceptional security for the building gave us peace of mind for our vehicle (private garage) and belongings (key fob required at several entry points plus a key code for the apartment door). Alan was incredibly responsive and provided detailed instructions to navigate the many HOA rules; there's a lot, to be sure, but he boiled it down to the really important stuff, which helped a lot. The greeter, Deejon, was super friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the 1up Arcade in the living room and the pool/hot tub/sauna in the building. The small balcony was a nice bonus and overlooks a well maintained courtyard, and for being in the middle of downtown, it was reasonably peaceful. Only a few minor issues with the place (which is to be expected), but nothing worth specifically noting. Overall, very happy with our stay and would stay again!
