Upon arrival, we had to wipe down the kitchen table and counters. They were not clean. Porch furniture all broken (couch and chairs), cushions were ripped and dirty. The back door was broken. The game room floor was sticky and there was fruit snacks, darts and game pieces all over the floor. The air hockey table is broken. I found an earring in my bed that was not mine. Either the cleaning service lost it or the sheets were not changed. Final morning smoke detectors went off at 5:30am for no reason. I sent messages two times with no responses. After I received the check out message, I asked if they received the other messages and the response was that they would speak to their cleaning service.

this home was everything we needed after our cruise. we were able to relax, unwind and get some rest before our flight. Rasheed was very accommodating during out stay. We will definitely be visiting again.
