This getaway feature a completely private backyard for you to enjoy what Florida has to offer. 8 minutes from both the hard rock Casio and midflorida amphitheater, 13 minutes from downtown, and 25 from Tampa international airport. With plenty of space to spread out this property has a beautiful pool, areas to lounge in the sun under the palm trees and both inside and outside dining areas. Tropical! Backyard designed for outdoor fun between the pool, outdoor seating, and grass area for games. The inside, 4 bedrooms spread out over a main house and a pool house to give you and your friends/family space to relax together and apart. Multiple dining areas to fit all of your guests in one place!

This place was exactly how it was describing! Everything looked just like the pictures. The pool house was definitely a plus! We loved it and would definitely recommend!
Ryan's place had plenty of space for my family of 5 and we could have fit another family if need be due to the extra sleeping space in the pool house. There is only 1 bathroom inside the main house but this wasn't an issue at all. The outside area is the highlight of the property!
