Kyle was a great host, he went above and beyond to make sure the home was equipped with all the essential amenities. We have two boys ages 6 and 7 and there were plenty of activities to keep them entertained for our weekend stay. The pool and spa were amazing, there were pool toys and water guns for the boys to play with. The fenced in backyard as well as outdoor kennel are perfect if you bring your dog along. The basketball court, darts, and board games were also a hit for my family for an evening activity. There also is a pool table, fishing gear, kayaks, paddle board and some other activities that we didn’t get a chance to use. We came in town for Sun N Fun aviation expo and Kyle’s house was only a 30 min drive to our destination. We ate dinner at the house while we were there because it was well equipped and there was a grill outdoors. Overall, the house was very clean, offered plenty of room and a very relaxing atmosphere and would definitely stay again. Thanks Kyle!

This house is amazing! Clean, spacious, tons of amenities! Loved that the main bedroom was on the ground floor. My family had a great time, the pool and spa were thoroughly enjoyed. Wish the pool was able to be heated. I definitely recommend Kyle’s house!

Amazing house with great amenities. Not shown in the pics is a standard size pool table in the garage. Beds are super comfortable. Pool and spa are fantastic. Kyle is extremely responsive. We had a minor issue come up and he responded immediately by text. Location is beautiful and private but expect a 25-40 min drive to get to restaurants and shopping depending on traffic. There is a nice grocery store and pizza joint nearby, though.

Me , my husband (60’s), two of our daughters (30’s), and our two grandsons (late teens) enjoyed Kyle’s very spacious house, especially the indoor basketball. The guys spent mornings at the dock catching bass and catfish and watching gators swim pass. The location was great and less than half an hour to our visits to Busch Gardens, the Florida Aquarium, Amalie Arena, MOSI, and Croc Encounters. After our sightseeing, we enjoyed the hot tub, the comfortable beds and great A/C with upstairs and downstairs thermostats. The game room became our grandsons’ man cave where they played and slept. One of us had to WFH here and the internet had capacity for all six of us. We shopped at Publix and Walmart in Mango and found the locals to be very friendly. The weather was too cool for the beautiful pool and too warm for the inviting fire pit this trip. If we are ever back in Tampa, we hope this house will be available for us.
