Everything was a 5-star for us. Just amazing!! When we went out on the town and returned to the house it was still a lot to do. This house provides so much. You don't need to go out.

Sam was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs and requests. Check-in instructions were easy to understand and detailed. The house was absolutely clean and well-stocked. The bathrooms look newly remodeled and the beds/linens are super comfy. We couldn’t have asked for a better location, close to grocery stores and tons of restaurants, but was quiet and had enough privacy. Our group really enjoyed the outdoor fireplace! Warm & cozy while still enjoying the beautiful weather Tampa had to offer. We will be a returning guest hands-down. Highly recommend!! Thank you, Sam!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Sam’s Luxury Pool Villa. This house is perfect for large families or groups. The location couldn’t have been better for the purpose of our trip(Moffitt); close to many restaurants, grocery stores, hospitals and USF campus. The house is spacious, clean and just as shown in posted pictures. The bedrooms had plenty of storage for clothes/personal items and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were also clean with plenty of towels and essentials. The kitchen is well equipped and the appliances are new. The outside area was lovely and the kids loved it. Sam was an amazing host with great communication and made special accommodations for us. 10/10! Will stay again and highly recommend!
