This was a wonderful trip. We went with friends. We all have children. Kids spent the majority of the time playing outside away from screens! They had a blast in the back yard, playing basketball and running around. Then we walked to the beach and park nearby. Park had great playground! We got to see Evangola State Park. Beautiful surroundings! House was very clean. Thank you Tracy!

Had family coming in from all over the world for a funeral in Eden, NY. Since it was last minute, not a lot of selection but this place was wonderful, met our needs and was close to event locations.

Tracy is a great host. Cottage had a lot of charm and just like the pictures. We would certainly book with her again. Location was ideal for us.

Tracy’s place was perfect for our annual family get together. Home was super clean and exactly as described. We really enjoyed our stay. Beach was walking distance and several restaurants close by. Tracy's place was amazing! The house had everything we needed and more. It was great for me and the family and my 3 young nieces. Home was super clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything was as described and we would definitely stay again next year. 5 Stars across the board, thanks for your hospitality Tracy! I highly recommend this spot!
