This spectacular, brand new condo is located in BlueVenao on the Azuero Peninsula, a unique beachfront community and tropical paradise, with miles of amazing beaches. A quick walk and you are on to the beach! Our spacious and sun filled Condo has 2 bedrooms, each with a comfy Queen Bed. Thoughtfully designed, features fully equipped living spaces to rest, reset and enjoy the views. Modern and cozy beach-aesthetics with an open concept layout. The place is perfect for couples, families, avid surfers or digital nomads looking for a beach getaway and a unique beach community experience. THE CONDO: Just a 3 minute walk to the beach, surrounded by sea and nature. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of Apartment Tower C, with views to the open skies and greenery. BEDROOMS: Bedrooms come with complete bedding clothes/linens, pillows and blackout curtains. BATHROOMS: Full bathrooms with basics toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and extra toilet roll). KITCHEN: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender, cooking utensils, cookware, cutlery, wine glasses, and serving ware. *Our welcoming package includes coffee (our famously known and delicious Panamanian beans), sugar, salt, pepper and oil to cook; dishwasher capsules (4), dish soap, new sponge and bin bags (2) for you to be set and ready as you arrive. LIVING SPACES: Beautiful integrated interiors with modern furnishings. Comfy living space with an L-shaped sofa and a Flat screen TV w/ Netflix subscription. Dinning table seats 6. In the balcony theres another sitting space with two lounge chairs and a table for 4. GENERAL: High-speed Wifi. A/C in every room (3 units). Complete laundry with washer/dryer, towels for use inside the Condo, as well as for the pool & beach. *Carbon BBQ can be provided by our on site team upon request (free of charge). *Crib and baby highchair can be provided by our on site team upon request (free of charge). Me parece un poco sobrevalorado pero estuvo bien. Lastimosamente perdí un dinero que no sé si alguien entró al apartamento mientras no estaba o si lo dejé olvidado.
Beautiful area and will eventually be nice. Upon getting to our room there was construction going all around. I expressed my unhappiness and was told it was in agreement. Our view was of scrap piles from construction. At one point the dust from below was bad enough we couldn’t use the deck. Show those pictures to be honest with people. I’ve had a much greater value for much less and no construction. I wish I could attach a picture so the view would be known. The notification that there was construction needs to be on the initial page not in print after reading all the legal stuff that goes on and on.

Inside the project we have a designated area for parking, but the Villas and Condos street's are pedestrian-only streets. Clean-air and peaceful, safe for the kids / pets :)

You will be assigned a parking unit (1 vehicle)
Theres additional parking in the Beach Club if needed.

+There are bike rental shops just outside the project! and don't hesitate to go on a horseback ride to enjoy the sunset.
