Family of 4 stayed for 2 nights. Great checkin process and was met with the keys. The house is huge, lots of room for the family. Lots of storage and hanging space in the bedrooms, and really nice showers in the en-suites. Loved the patio space to chill outside, the log fire, cosy living room and well equipped kitchen. Good location for a walk into the local woods, or into the town for the shop and chippie. Would stay again.

Great accommodation in an ideal location. The host was very helpful, the place was spotless. The cottage was much more spacious than it appeared on the photos. It all led to a very relaxed stay.

Wonderful place for our family of four (with 2 teenagers). Beautiful and well appointed. Contemporary decor, looks brand new. More spacious than photos indicate. Loved the wood burning fire place. Beds a little soft for our personal taste but adequately comfortable. We arrived on Easter weekend and were delighted to find hidden Easter chocolate eggs hidden throughout the house. Stuart was great about removing the pre-programmed time restrictions for hot water heater once we asked, explaining that we were from Washington state USA with an 8 hour time difference. Would stay there again for sure!!

See my previous review for most of what I want to say. This time I should add that I'd forgotten how good the showers are – I don't think I mentioned that last time. But the house is just as lovely as we found it last time and we had such a happy time there. It rained a lot while we were there and so we enjoyed the wood burning stove very much indeed, even more than last time. One lot of wood is included in the rental. We needed more and were able to buy a pack which is left in the utility room. I can't recommend this house enough. It's beautifully done, spacious and so welcoming.

This is the third time myself and family have stayed at The Snug. It is just brilliant, well maintained and beautifully appointed with everything you could ever need. The host is very friendly and thoughtful, no wonder we keep coming back. Love it!
