A perfect place to stay for a trip to the Findlay area (University of Findlay). The house was beautifully decorated, clean and all of the amenities were super helpful. Paul provided clear and easy to follow instructions that made the trip go very smoothly. The outdoor space located near a small babbling brook had ample seating that provided a wonderful and peaceful place to relax in the evenings.

Paul was a great host. Our first night we had a minor problem and we contacted Paul and he was very accommodating and fixed the issue immediately. We would definitely stay again. Everything was very clean and he had all the kitchenware needed for a night in. He is great with instructions on how to use certain features provided and maintains the hot tub daily without interfering with your stay.
