Lake Cumberland - 1/2 mile from Beaver Creek Marina w/ boat rentals and mins from the lake. Plenty of boat/truck parking. Great for big groups, reunions, girls/guys getaways, families, fishing trips. 2 Large decks one of which is covered, 2 full kitchens, 2 living rooms (large sectional couches), and outdoor/ indoor dining for up to 30+. Lots of games (skeeball, popashot, pacman, putting green, air hockey, pool, etc) 1st floor has no stairs. Must be comfortable with stairs for the 2nd floors. Over 4500 sq ft with plenty of beds, baths and parking. Great for events (with approval) and large groups. 2nd floor has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 10 beds. 1st floor has 3 bedrooms and 4 beds. 2 full stocked kitchen and lots of living space. We have tons of games big and small, 4 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and more. (Possible extra space of 5 more beds in our bunkhouse if needed.) We are so close to Beaver Creek Marina which is less than a mile from us. Just 10 minutes from town too!
