Entire 2nd floor unit. 5 Bedrooms, 5 Attached Bathrooms, 10 Beds. Sleeps 20 easily. 2 large decks. 1/2 mile (2 minutes) from Beaver Creek Marina / Lake Cumberland. Plenty of parking. Wifi. Kid friendly. We have a grill and a fire pit. Must be comfortable with stairs as this is a second floor unit. More space available. Up to 9 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and 20 beds. 5 bedrooms with 5 attached bathrooms and 10 beds. Large deck off of the back of the property and covered deck on the front of the property. Lots of parking and room for boats as well as exterior plug to charge your boat. Owners are occasionally onsite downstairs / lower level, but there are no shared spaces other than parking/laundry.

This was one of my family's favorite houses we've stayed in together! Loved the big front porch and how every room had it's own bathroom. Miranda was such a sweet host, adding personal touches like sound machines and baby monitors to make our stay even more comfortable. She had even decorated the house for the holidays when we were there for Thanksgiving!
Amazing space, location, and host! Miranda was so easy to get in touch with and was super helpful! So many amenities that make your stay perfect! Great outdoor space to hang out and a lot of board games for night time entertainment! Highly recommend!
Absolutely wonderful place to stay for time on Lake Cumberland. Incredibly easy check-in and out. The listing is extremely accurate and the host was immediately responsive to any questions. They went above and beyond to ensure everyone (even the babies) in our group was accommodated. Extremely clean house. The deck made for great gatherings before and after a day on the water. Great parking with plenty of room for your boat. We will be back!
We absolutely loved our stay in the Cumberland Belle Lakehouse! It was nice and spacious for our party of 9 and was really nice having a private bathroom for each room in the home! Miranda was very responsive to all of our needs while staying in this rental! Highly recommend to anyone heading to the area!
The Cumberland Belle was the perfect lake house for my family! Each bedroom had its own private full bath which we all loved. The house was just recently renovated and decorated perfectly and absolutely spotless. We can’t say enough about the huge covered deck! We spent most of our time on the deck and even ate meals out there. The huge parking area was so great for all of our vehicles and boats. And how convenient that the ramp and Beaver Creek Marina are less than 2 minutes away! We enjoyed having lunch at the restaurant at the marina. In the evening we spent time around a great fire pit with wood provided by the host as well as a gas grill for cooking out. There is even a huge covered stage out back with electricity that would be perfect for concerts, weddings, etc! WiFi is also provided which was a must for my family. This was the perfect place for my family and friends and I would encourage anyone looking for a place near the lake to stay here. We will definitely be back!

This is a more rural setting less than a half a mile from Beaver Creek Marina / Lake Cumberland. We are also a few miles from a great public beach style access point. So if you are not planning to boat but want access to the lake let us know and we can give you the location. (Bring water shoes for this.)
**Please note the unit is the full upstairs 2nd floor space. There are steps to the 2nd floor, pictured on left side when facing the building. There are also stairs/ back steps that leads down to the backyard. We can offer access to the washer and dryer if you need it. It is located on the right side on the 1st floor level and has its own separate access and a sign that says "laundry." This home is not handicap accessible on the 2nd floor and if you have trouble with steps may not be a good fit. We just want to be clear so that you can have the best possible stay.
Also, if interested ask about the lower level which offers 4 more bedrooms (9 beds), 2 baths, a 2nd laundry room and a very large space for dining and entertaining. This property can be booked all together if interested for a total of 9 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and 19 beds.***
We are less than a half a mile from Beaver Creek Marina which has boat rentals and a small restaurant. There’s also a corner store before you arrive at our property that has gas and a restaurant. We are only about 10 minutes from town where you can find Walmart, Ace Hardware, liquor stores and restaurants.
