Great nice place near the beach with a 7E right below. Only downside might be noisy with the 7E. However in summary, awesome place and would like to stay if visit hualien again.

Pros: nice lighting, bedrooms are huge, decorations and painting is nice, lots of natural light in bedrooms and bathroom, nice access to waterfront park/trail, air conditioning in bedrooms was nice and quiet. Cons: noisy neighbors (though we were there new years eve) and very thin walls so you can hear everything. Mattresses were very firm. Living room was very small, no real dining area, no cooking, not many dishes provided.

In general this was a great place to stay. Host was extremely responsive and responsible to all my concerns and questions. The place looks just like the pictures. Very simple, and fits what was needed. The bathroom was quite spacious so that was nice. The bed is hard type, which I had no problems with but travellers need to be aware of that. And after cleaning services, the place was squeaky clean as well. Overall I would recommend this.
