This Airbnb is about 30mins away from sugarbush resort, which is not a bad distance. They also have horses behind the house. The house is pretty clean, the housekeeper did a good job. However, If you have a party size over 10 I do not recommend this house. The bunk bed and the blue couch from the pictures were missing. In general, the amount of space in the Airbnb is a lot less than the one in the pictures. 1. They don't have any types of heating sources/vents for the second floor and kitchen. Where the first floor would be around 80F and the second floor be around 65F 2. They need to upgrade their water heating system. Whereas the hot water is only last about 15mins, once the hot water runs out, you have to wait about 6 hours for the water to be hot again. Which is a big problem if you have a large group.

The pictures on this listing are not indicative of the quality of the place we stayed at. The pictures make the home seem a lot larger and up to date than what it actually is. Evolve advertises that this accommodation holds 13 people. Though we had less than 13 people stay at the house, it most definitely does not accommodate 13 individuals. The twin bunk bed in the bedroom and the blue couch in the living room does not exist - so keep that in mind when booking. The shower had a gross film of a blue mystery substance in the tub and there was only 5 minutes worth of hot water - barely enough for one person to shower let alone 13. There was also a flimsy door to a creepy basement that had the light on before we arrived - which was extremely unsettling. Staying at this Airbnb felt like the beginning of a True Crime podcast. That said, the stay served its purpose and the horses were cute.
