The place was everything we expected and more!

We rented the cottage for our 32nd wedding anniversary and needed a nice pet friendly place to bring our new dog. The cottage was very clean inside and well kept and nicely decorated. Everything we needed was there so no emergency run to the grocery or hardware store. Having a fenced backyard was a big plus. We had an issue with the HVAC in the bedroom and while it wasn’t resolved while we were there, Theresa did attempted to get service out on a Saturday. She kept us informed all the while and the other AC units kept us cool enough during the day and with cooler nights we were able to open the windows and slept well. All in all, we had a good time walking the neighborhood, taking a day trip to South Haven and Van Buren State Park and dining at Friendly Tavern in Coloma. Never miss a chance to taste Sherman’s Ice Cream; it’s a real treat.

Theresa’s cottage was just as listed. The space was the perfect size for my husband and dog who enjoyed the fenced backyard. The kitchen had all utensils needed to make quick meals. Thank you Theresa for the local recommendations. We had a pleasant stay!

Theresa was a great host very responsive prior during and after trip. Home is located near Paw Paw lake in a nice neighborhood. She had a nice bag of cherry coffee waiting for us and it was delicious. A fenced in yard for our dog was a nice touch. Would recommend this property.

Very peaceful. Theresa was very accommodating and helpful with information/things to do. While we were in town for a wedding and unable to much, we would love to go back again.
