Lovely apartment with a stunning view. The flat was well equipped and as described. Lots of shops and restaurants around and plenty to do.

On booking, 16 emails appeared. It looks like the instructions for parking and access have been set up as an automated response, but they came through in a jumbled order. We managed to use them though and they were complete apart from the building access code which turned up just in time. The place has all the things you would expect in terms of TV, Wifi etc. but to a minimum standard (e.g. one big, one small towel per room, no kitchen towel). The view is the best thing about the place. It is a panoramic view of the surrounding area and is stunning. My wife noticed quickly that there was a leak from the en suite bathroom and a large damp patch in the bedroom carpet. We didn't use that bathroom and looking at the skirting, it may have been leaking for a while. One of the lounge windows had had the lock removed and did not shut. I noticed when the wind opened it and slammed it. To top it all, we received a parking ticket, despite parking and displaying the permit as instructed.

It is a nice airy space, the beds are comfortable and the space has a lot of light. The views were great and we could walk to the shops and a few eateries. Without blinds, I can image in the summer months the open plan living area might get a tad bright, but for February, it didn't cause us many issues. The Ship and Trades is well worth a visit for breakfast and cocktails, as well as evening meal. We also used the Ship and Trades Fish Bar, also delicious. We had a slight issue with parking and ended up having to park in the public car park, but it was resolved quickly. Babasheesh, the Turkish restaurant nearby is also worth a visit, they could improve their service, but the food was delicious, so if its you thing then I'd recommend it.

Lovely flat! We stayed with our 2 children and the space worked really well. The location was beautiful, near Marina, shops and restaurants. Very well presented flat and spotlessly clean.
