Yvonne’s house is a lovely space in a stunning location. The deck outside was a great place to sit anytime of day and soak up the view. It was a very peaceful location and surrounded by the sounds of the bush. There is plenty of cooking equipment for meal preparation which we’ve found to be not always the case in places where we have stayed. The whole place from the beds to the living area were really comfortable and we very quickly felt right at home.

Wow the photos don’t do this place justice. It’s a stunning location, high up in the trees with beautiful views over the water to Waitangi. It’s a great spot to be based in for exploring the Bay of Islands. It’s a big house with plenty of space for small groups, well equipped, clear instructions for check in and check out and a responsive host. Thanks for a great stay, and special thanks for being pet friendly. Our pup had a wonderful time relaxing on the deck! Highly recommend.

This cliffside Treehouse was an incredible stay. Very clean with beautiful views, I recommend waking up early to catch the sunrise. It’s a steep driveway to drive down but overall a 10/10 stay!

Yvonne’s place was beyond our expectations. Homely, sparkling clean, charming, comfortable and well equipped. Sad to depart.
