Great location: close to Rt 303 and Bell Rd, many restaurants and shopping nearby, Surprise Stadium (Spring Training) close, Grand's golf courses near. Nice walking and jogging area. Liked the keyless entry system. Nice layout of home, plenty big for the two of us but could accommodate 5 or 6 in 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Decorating included a lot of items that might get knocked over by small children or a rambunctious dog. Great walled private backyard with artificial turf area for our Labrador Retriever to play. Fully stocked kitchen, baths, and laundry; although we only used the kitchen for coffee and reheating some restaurant leftovers. Main bed was comfortable. Our only real criticism is the difficulties with using the great room TV which used a Amazon Firestick. The wifi signal was unreliable and remote required frequent pairing. The TV in the main bedroom, using a Firestick also, was perfect. Tristan responded quickly to our questions.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Tristan's place. The location was perfect for our planned activities of pickleball and hiking. The house was super clean. We were thankful to need only a carry on from Wisconsin--the washer/dryer came in handy. We sat outside every night around the fireplace table and reviewed our days' activities with a drink. The backyard is private. The highway is super close--getting to your next excursion is easy. Don't hesitate. Book Tristan's place. You will be glad you did.

Tristan’s home was adorable! We had family stop by to see us and every person commented how cute the place was and how well set up it was! The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. Everything you could think of was available and when I left my phone inside (with the door passcode 😩) Tristan was super quick in replying to get us back in! My oldest got a kick out of having Alexa play music and my youngest loved the backyard 😍
