Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We offer a year round private pool, 5 hole putting green,bbq grill and lawn furniture for your outdoor enjoyment. This is a private pool there is no life guards swim at your own risk. Note: If you plan on having the pool heated there will be an additional charge of $50 a day and 4 day min. It runs for 8 hours when the pump runs. Must be paid in advance and notice must be given the Tuesday before your arrival. Swim at ur own risk. TY!

Christine and George were wonderful hosts, accommodating, and have a great home to stay in. Highly recommend booking with them! The pool is great, spacious kitchen and living room area, and close to all the wonders of Surprise let alone all of Pheonix.

We had a 2 month stay at this property and had a wonderful time. The location is great and close to many options for groceries and restaurants. House has everything you need for your stay. The pool was nice with the option of heat at an extra cost and the putting green is a nice added touch. We would be happy to book here again..
Nice place to stay. Wasn’t satisfied with the pool heating hours and couldn’t adjust the thermostat in the house.
