The place is top notch, has excellent views, and is located in a very nice area with plenty to do nearby. However, despite all the other positives, we encountered a significant issue with the smell of sewage throughout the apartment, particularly in the toilets and laundry room areas. We're unsure of what can be done to address this, but it's unfortunate that such an otherwise awesome place has this type of downfall. Maybe possible solutions like cleaning sinks and toilets more thoroughly, inspecting and repairing damaged pipes, clearing blockages in the sewer line, or exploring natural remedies and DIY solutions, I'm not sure, but something needs to be done. Considering this issue, we would likely avoid staying in this apartment again.
