Although initially disappointed by the Airbnb's location being inaccurately listed (9km away from my desired area), the team at the property swiftly turned things around. Understanding the importance of location for my choice, they proactively arranged for me to stay in a different, closer apartment. Their quick action and dedication to ensuring my satisfaction were truly commendable. Thanks to their efforts, my stay in Pune turned out to be delightful and hassle-free. I greatly appreciate their commitment to providing excellent service. Highly recommended for their responsiveness and care!

After booking the place they contacted me and send me details of a totally different location. It was quite far away from the original location, made commute to other places very difficult (costing me extra money for Cabs), and also not as appealing as the original location, no dustbin or any way to throw away garbage too. Even though the place served it purpose, this should not be happening that someone books a place and ends up getting something entirely different altogether. Not happy with the service
