Very out dated place, you pay for the private pool and hot tub and doesn’t work, we paid for a place last year in Tampa for 3000 vs 6900 and it was much better and better service

The host was very responsive to all concerns raised during our stay….. and there were concerns. First, none of TVs worked upon arrival which is a big concern for me. The host asked me to wait for the cable company which bothered me. I believe that this should have been taken care of before my visit. In general the place was very nice but very dated. I should have picked this up when I booked. Also, during my stay there was constant construction in an attached unit as well as constant workers going past the outside Lanai. The place is in a beautiful area and I enjoyed my 30 day stay. The host is very friendly and generally accommodating. To sum up the place was a nice rental for a month with only a few concerns. Worth the money that o spent.
