Lovely chalet, clean and equipped with everything you could need. Beautiful grounds and location. The best part of the experience for me was dealing with the owner, she is such a lovely lady!

A gem of a property. From ease of booking, clear check in information and a super proactive / friendly host - everything was super. Chalet was clean, tidy and very comfortable. The site itself is beautifully kept. We used to visit here as children and with excellent maintenance it actually looked nicer than we all remembered. Nearby Deal and st Margaret’s bay are both stunning on a sunny day. The Zetland arms provided us with lovely food and drinks. Thank you for hosting us, we look forward to returning! Jade x

Great stay - really lovely cabin with lovely beach vibes. It’s one of the few detached properties onsite which provides extra space. Nice decor, comfy beds and everything you need in the kitchen. Nice central spot with sea views out back. Would definitely book again.

A lovely chalet within a very nice holiday park. The beds were comfortable and the living space was spacious and very nicely decorated. We stayed for a couple of nights in winter so it was a little too cold to use the outside space, but I could see how nice it would be in the summer for longer stays. The hosts were communicative and made sure we had their contact details in case of any issues. Future guests should be aware that they will need to bring pound coins for the electricity meter and to take care on the stairs which are a little steep. All in all, we had a lovely stay in this comfortable, cozy and clean chalet!

The worst service I've had with an airbnb. The owner didn't respond when I asked before arrival what number the chalet was, and then cottages,com fobbed me off saying the park would know - I was staggered they couldn't help given they were letting it out! On arrival, I had problems with the hot water and found out the electric was in a meter - we'd arrived with no pound coins, so no electricity. Asked the owner for help, again, no response. A day and a half later, and after I complained to airbnb, someone finally got back to me. Just in time before we left! Avoid!
